Work with me
The thinking, applied.
Three ways to use the framework in your organisation. Each one starts with the same question: what did you promise, and what are people actually living?

Speaking
Keynotes and conference sessions on the Promise Gap: why the distance between what you promise and what people live is the number the board should be watching.
What you getA room that leaves with a shared language for a problem they could feel but could not name.
Advisory
Working with executive teams and people functions to diagnose the gap in their own organisation: where the promise is made, where it breaks, and what the evidence actually says.
What you getA clear diagnosis, an honest measure, and a decision about what changes: the experience, or the promise.
Discovery workshops
Facilitated sessions using the People Discovery Framework to surface, design and activate a value proposition with leaders and frontline teams, rather than writing one at them.
What you getA proposition the organisation can actually keep, built by the people who have to live it.
How it starts
One question, asked properly.
Not a diagnostic tool sold in advance. A conversation about what your organisation has promised, what your people are actually living, and whether anyone has looked honestly at the distance between the two.
Most engagements begin there, and quite a few end there, because once the gap is named accurately the organisation usually knows what to do about it.
